A dance team building workshop
HOW DOES IT WORK?
We have two types of workshops depending mainly on the size of the class, the dynamics of the company and the goals you want to achieve.
For the dance class all the teams will be together. Then, the teacher starts with a short warm up for the class. After that they break down some easy and super fun steps. The class will be focused on couples’ dance. At the end the teacher puts together all of these steps making a super fun & easy to lead/follow dance.
The goal of this workshop is promoting communication and problem solving within small work groups (each group will have between 6 and 8 people ) competing with other groups
For this dance class both teams will be together. Then, the teacher starts with a short warm up for the class. After that they break down some easy and super fun steps. This class will be more focused on footwork.Then at the end, the teacher puts together all of these steps making a super fun & easy to follow routine.
The goal of this is to do what the leader says at all times, and to trust in your partners. The most successful team will be the most coordinated. Doing this workshop takes approximately between an hour and a half to two hours, depending on the number of participants.
